• Monitor plan type utilization across 30+ datacenters to make sure no plan becomes sold out. • Track shipping and deployment for new hardware to get servers active for low inventory plans as soon as possible. • Balance guests and convert existing hardware that is not being used efficiently to increase sales and maximize our ROI. • Coordinate with our Sales, Hardware Acquisition, and Deployment Ops teams to provide potential clients with advanced solutions based on their needs.

• Escalation point for advanced issues.• Review resumes and testing results of potential Systems Administrator team members. • Train new and re-train existing employees on the following: - Demonstrate and explain how our systems work. - How to perform basic and advanced customer and platform troubleshooting - Escalation procedures and how to respond to our clients in a professional way. • Manage and assign work through our task tracking system for tasks outside of directly supporting customers.• Review and critique public replies to our customers to improve customer service.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues for all aspects of Cloud Software and Services. • Provide detailed technical solutions to customers having difficulty using our services with written instructions. • Provide managed end to end support for hundreds of unique client webhosting environments.• Upsell additional services or hardware to solve client scaling issues.• Create, maintain, and replace internal documentation to troubleshoot and resolve common and advanced issues.• Upgrade all Centos 5 hosts to 7 first then later upgrade all Centos based hosts to Debian across 30 datacenter locations.• Research and participate in finding a new enterprise backup solution for our corporate environment.
