Migrated file and print sharing from Novell Netware to Microsoft Windows NT4 on high-availability bespoke servers from Sire Technology Ltd.We developed unique applications for the travel industry that were installed and supported by me in several major tour operators’ offices.Carried out 'Millennium bug' research and preparation, which gave opportunity to significantly enhance the telephony platform with new software-based ACD and developed our own bespoke CTI and screen-popping applications to great effect.Built long-lasting relationship with local ISP - Orbital Net.
