My responsibilities included funding companies and assisting with cross-border R&D projects, such as EUREKA, leveraging my background in engineering and management to connect businesses with critical resources and support their growth.

At Nakina Systems, a Telecom Software company specializing in Domain Control and Intelligence solutions, I served as the CEO for four years from its inception. During my tenure, we positioned the company as a leader in its market niche, automating critical network change processes for telecom service providers. My leadership saw the company grow to a staff of about 100, generating over $100 million in revenues and investment. Nakina Systems was later acquired by Nokia.

At Nortel Networks, a pioneer in telecommunications, my career progressed from a New Product Introduction Designer to leading a 600-person team across 10 sites. I managed the growth of a remote team from scratch to 130 members and strategically downsized another from 600 to 350, maintaining single-digit attrition in both instances while achieving delivery commitments to Nortel's $10 billion optical business.
