Completed milestones on my digital transformation roadmap have received accolades from department heads across almost every area in the company.Business Intelligence: I led the development and implementation of FedNat's EDW and Business Intelligence Platform (Microstrategy) and continue to manage the support and maintenance of that platform and corresponding teams.Mergers/Acquisitions: Led IT efforts throughout the acquisition of Maison Insurance Company, ensuring that all data and systems migrations were timely and successful.Legacy/Digital Transformation: Drove digital transformation of legacy applications, removing them from the scope of our SOX Audit and reducing maintenance time and costs..

Agile/Scrum environment working with project stakeholders across various departments. I was a central resource for our department heads to assist them with creating, innovating and improving the entire suite of reward programs managed by Deluxe Rewards. I helped to implement several new features to the reward program suite including digital reward sweepstakes and auctions. In addition to my standard duties as a BA, I rewarded with the role of Mobile Product Owner and pushed the company's various rewards platforms to smartphones and tablets increasing customer engagement for our client companies.

Collaborated with our end users and department heads to determine business needs and draft system requirements for new functionality and maintenance of the Silvervine PTS system. This was the core business system and system of record for all policy, claims, and billing which was customized significantly throughout my tenure. I reported to the Director of IT and worked directly with our individual business units, software developers and IT Infrastructure Staff on a daily basis. I also assisted our infrastructure staff with Network and Desktop Support as needed.

Technical position assisting end users of BoA's Check imaging software (Image Onsite) with conversions to the new platform, installations, software malfunctions and hardware incompatibility issues. I worked with the development team's QA Analysts to find workarounds to defects in-work in the new release of the software. I was also assigned to work technical issues arising in the Imaging Department at the desktop level when local help desk support was unavailable. I played a key role in the software rollout of the new version including implementation assistance, training, and writing portions of the training and user manuals.
