• Definition, implementation and monitoring, in cooperation with the sites, of the processes “Project Management” and “Portfolio Management” for the Nuclear Fleet.• Organization and animation of the “Portfolio Management” and “Project Support Office” Communities for the Nuclear Fleet.• Support to all Corporate projects (role of Corporate “Project Support Office”).• Management of the portfolio of all Corporate projects and programs (role of Corporate “Project Portfolio Management”).• Monitoring of the global Project Portfolio for the Nuclear Fleet.• Monitoring the functioning of the Partnership with Tractebel ENGIE.- member/secretary of the Engineering Management Team- member of the Corporate Project Portfolio Committee (PPC)- member/secretary of the Nuclear Projects Committee (NPC)- member/secretary of the Strategic Project Portfolio Committee (SPPC)- member/secretary of the Strategic Committee for Nuclear Safety Projects (SCNSP) (with Bel-V)- member/secretary of the Partnership Agreement Implementation Committee (with Tractebel ENGIE)- member/organize of the Project Management Governance Committee- president of the Community of Practice of Portfolio Managers & Project Support Office Managers

- Responsible for different improvement and transformation projects and/or process optimization

Responsible for the following domains- Operational accounting-activities for Business Unit Generation (AP - AR - G/L)- Tax management for Business Unit Generation- Management Accounting-activities for Business Unit Generation- Internal Control within Business Unit Generation - Operational finance-activities for 3rd Companies (EGPF; EGPF-WHH; Zandvliet Power- Member of the Board of Directors of EGPF & EGPF-WHH

- Management Accounting for Business Unit Generation- Business Process Owner Finance & Controlling processes of Business Unit Generation- Master Data Management for FI/CO in SAP-UNIPRO

- Functional analysis (AS-IS / TO-BE) of the financial process - Monitor the implementation in SAP- Perform unit testing- Organize user acceptance testing- Training and support towards champions; key-users and end-users- Accompany roll-out in the different power plants

- Analysis and development of financial and administrative applications- Training and support towards end-users

Responsible for the collection and verification of all data related to the BENovation-projects

Ad-hoc administrative support

Responsible for:• Organizing and structuring the communication; document management and status reporting in relation with the temporary take-over of the production capacity of a major client during the shutdown and renovation of its production plant• Mobilization of the required internal resources in order to achieve the agreed actions due time
