Lead business development and support technical projects across INGtech’s engineering consulting services in transportation:• Business Initiatives: - Business Development: established leads, met with potential clients, drafted proposals and developed contracts; attended trade shows, conferences and networking events to increase visibility and build key industry relationships - Strategy: evaluated market trends, conducted competitive benchmarking and refined our service offering to meet market demands - Marketing: revamped our presentation materials and created tailored versions to maximize client engagement and impact • Technical & Consulting Projects: - Led the integration of the braking system for the adaptation of a European vocational vehicle to the North American market - Evaluated and documented applicable industry guidelines related to the steering system of an electric bus - Conducted an ergonomic study for the driver seating area of an electric bus based on SAE standards and industry research - Developed functional and technical specifications documentation for a newly designed defroster unit and PCB - Performed functional validation, troubleshooting, integration support and client coordination for a prototype defroster unit - Translated, from French to English, the electrical schematics of an EMS (Energy Management System) panel

Lead the development of hybrid tractor trailers for the forestry sector:• Project Management: - Managed a multi-year multimillion proof of concept project in a matrix organisation with numerous internal contributing resources and over a dozen external partners; partners include both provincial and federal governments as well as industry leaders in the transportation sector• Technical Leadership: - Hardware: lead component selection for the electric propulsion system; support physical and electrical integration; conduct design reviews.
