A highly creative and Innovative individual I have spent the past 11 years learning as much as I can within the hospitality industry. With a passion for brands and marketing I have found myself working my way up within the industry gaining as much knowledge and insight as possible. In my time with Greene king and Hungry Horse I was eager to be involved in as many projects as possible whilst performing in my day to day role of deputy manager. I supported my general manager in turning the business around into a position of strong like for like growth turning over approximately £1.9 million annually and ultimately winning the pub of year award out of 235+ sites. My personal philosophy is to make everything I do look good, whether that's running shifts, creating innovative ideas and implementing them into the business or making my general manager look good through giving my full support and commitment to the business. I have recently embarked on a new adventure and taken a leap into the world of business ownership. With the sale of the business completing 3 weeks before the government lockdown due to Covid-19 I’m very quickly learning how to negotiate a business through tough times and loving every moment.
