Responsible for the separation of Realogy from Cendant in 2006 including creating both the Realogy corporate organization and the company’s identity and culture. Successfully navigated the dual challenge of building an organization while going public. Oversaw restructuring efforts in the face of going private at the start of a 6-year industry downturn. Finally, managed the relocation of the company to a new HQ while preparing for an IPO in 2012. • Served as CAO with responsibilities including IT, Procurement, Preferred Alliances (business development and marketing programs with $20M revenue stream), HR, Corporate Real Estate & Facilities and Realogy’s mortgage JV• Oversaw site selection, contracting, state incentive negotiations and relocation of corporate HQ delivering new award winning, LEED certified facility with a $38M construction budget and achieving the forecast $3M in annual cost savings• Led the Company’s communication strategy that included building a One Realogy culture from standalone business units. Implemented company-wide town halls including employee development programs, wellness initiatives and the “On the Move” campaign for the Company’s relocation• Served as CHRO from 2009-2015 while retaining all other CAO responsibilities. Implemented the Company’s first pay for performance program in the annual bonus and the LTI programs. Drove wellness initiatives and realigned employee benefits resulting in flat employer costs over 4 consecutive years. Also instated programs resulting in 97% employee annual physicals• Led executive compensation design and discussion with Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors and external consultants including transition from private equity held period (2007-2012) to public company status• Led IT structural re-designs resulting in 15% cost reduction. Created IT Security Council to respond to cyber-security threats• Maintained annual revenue growth averaging 8% in Preferred Alliance for 6 years
