Built an exciting "startup inside a startup"​ that adapted the Zenoss software application into an "as a Service"​ delivery model. Customers can now choose to allow "Zenoss as a Service" to host, maintain, support, and optimize a cloud-based Zenoss application. We utilized Amazon Web Services to provide a multi-tenant experience with single-tenant security. Our team was made up of cloud and automation veterans who are active in the ‘DevOps’ community and working to leverage and contribute open source code.

Built the Coleman Technologies Managed Services practice from a simple 'ping and page' service to an Enterprise class Network Operation Center offering complex service solutions in the areas of Cisco Unified Communications, Contact Center, Security, Wireless, and Data Center. Designed and built SMARTnet Optimization, a service that streamlined the process of remediation of customers' deployed Cisco hardware with the ongoing support contracts. This service saved customers money, mitigated risk of unsupported hardware, and provided accurate accounting to ensure proper support from Cisco TAC.Reported directly to the CTO of Presidio (post merger with Coleman Technologies). Led various supporting functional groups totaling 105 employees in my organization, spread across multiple geographies in the United States.
