Led team of five to implement SAP (ECC 6.0) QM for Aptargroup over four mini-bangs for nine FDA-regulated facilities, including interfaces to LIMS system IDOS QM/3. Wrote specifications for various code and configuration changes, including numerous LSMW programs to load master data. Documented process and program changes in HPQC. Loaded and validated master data objects such as Inspection Types, Inspection Plans, Routings (In-Process testing), Dynamic Modification Rules, Master Inspection Characteristics, Inspection Methods, Sampling Schemes and Procedures, Output Condition Records, Certificate Profiles, Customer Contacts/Partners, Quality Info Records, and Work Centers. Authored training materials and conducted user training for both super-users and end users.

Production Facility Site QM Mentor, including knowledge transfer (both authoring training materials and conducting user training), master data validation, unit testing and verification, report development, and acting as liaison with corporation main office while representing site needs and requirements as Sun Corporation implemented SAP ECC 6.0.

Converted functionality of Formulation Management application into the SAP R/3 environment, including the migration of more than 150,000 formulations from the legacy system, and expansion to include polyurethane formulations. Primary duties included system design and configuration, ABAP program development, creation of temporary interfaces to legacy systems and end-user training.

Supervised team that provided development, training and support for various in-house multi-server LAN applications written in Oracle, C, Powerbuilder, MS Access, MS Word, and MS Excel. Developed standards for future client-server application growth.
