As a business leader, I am responsible for our growing and managing our design business and providing industry and market-leading solutions alongside our clients and alliance partners.I am very active in the industry analyst community and have built meaningful long term relationships with industry analysts and thought leaders worldwide. This work and reputation in the industry recently led to KPMG's design community positioned #2 in the top-ten globally in workforce design services, according to HfS Research, highlighting the importance of tying together design, with behavioral change, and modern program and product delivery models. In 2004 I helped found Cynergy, an award winning Digital Agency at the forefront of digital and mobile strategy, design and delivery. Over nearly a decade I held leadership positions from delivery to sales, and marketing. As Vice President of Research & Design, I led the R&D group that created and drove Cynergy's vision, future growth opportunities and thought leadership. I was an avid and engaging speaker, and could be frequently found presenting Cynergy's research and innovation work at conferences worldwide, in the press and to industry analysts.

I was the interim CTO responsible for driving Payformance's technical delivery teams including web and digital systems that handled complex financial and personal information for the healthcare claims processing space. I transformed the delivery organization to be more agile, disciplined and efficient by combining cultural change, with systems and automation that was at the forefront of today's modern delivery approaches.

Day to day responsibilities included pricing, licensing, positioning, messaging, and go to market strategies for Microsoft's product offerings in the B2B space.
