Evp, Americas Commercial Lead - Existing Integrated Clients
Current- Develop and lead a team of Commercial/Finance professionals to advance dentsu's vision, nurturing and expanding our top 20 global and regional clients with a portfolio exceeding $7 billion in billings and $700 million in agency fees, enhancing their engagement across all dentsu service offerings- Successfully managed the implementation and subsequent quarterly delivery of four complex projects, both successively and concurrently, ensuring timely and effective execution within multidisciplinary teams- Lead the client-focused onshore and offshore FP&A and reporting team, providing integrated client teams and executive leadership with comprehensive insights and analysis on global and regional client growth, profitability projections (revenue through expenses), and actual performance metrics (KPIs)- Designed and implemented standardized annual and quarterly budgeting, forecasting, and measurement processes for global and regional consolidation- Direct the Americas Client Contract Compliance and Audit function, ensuring client teams understand and adhere to contractual obligations and commitments- Oversee the development of business feasibility cases and the design of commercial framework models tailored for innovative cross-agency and cross-discipline solutions and product introductions- Lead the Americas Commercial Center of Excellence, having launched a SharePoint portal that offers guidance, contacts, benchmarks, and document templates to standardize business approaches across the enterprise
