Led business improvement initiatives in strategic areas of the Medium Voltage Products division. • Achieved 15% material cost reduction on modular substations by leading an engineering team in the development of detailed specifications, expanding the supplier base and negotiating with targeted suppliers. • Developed restructuring plan to reduce annual operating cost by $1 million in the Service business. • Stepped in as Interim Production Manager of the Brampton, Ontario Factory to ensure on time completion of major projects.

Provided leadership for the skid mounted electrical buildings (“E-House”) division with accountability for Marketing, Business Development, Project Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, Finance, Quality and OHS activities. • Improved the bottom line by $1.5 million a year through implementation of detailed bid review process, Project Management process improvement, increase of design accuracy and implementation of in-depth monthly project reviews.• Relocated the plant from an old and inefficient building to a state of the art facility in order to support a growing business.
