I've spent the last 6 years living in Union City, New Jersey working as an Office Coordinator for a small trucking company with a fleet of about 60 truckers and 4-5 office personnel. My duties are to create the work schedule for the week so that dispatchers can secure drivers, speak with clients to secure work, trouble shoot any and all issues with drivers, terminals, and client side. I also am in charge of creating original artwork for company logo and DOT signs, some light graphic design work as well as using Microsoft Office and Adobe programs. I place orders for general office supplies as well as custom material to print vinyl decals for trucks in the fleet. Duties also include light IT work on the network in office, maintain company G-Suite account and emails, and service calls for any drivers who are down with mechanical problems, translating between English and Spanish for drivers and clients, and maintain database.

General sales and rentals within the Hudson County area on condos, apartments, and multi-family homes. I maintain strong relationships between existing customers so as to assist in any future transactions, calling and searching for new clients via internet leeds, and daily calls to current clients.
