Marketing tech pro in Middle Tennessee. Grew up in Minnesota where I graduated from Bethel University with my B.A. in Business, and now work in Franklin, TN, as the Director of Marketing, Owned Audiences for Full Focus (founded by author & speaker, Michael Hyatt). Our marketing initiatives over the years have included several podcasts, blogs, webinars, ebooks, live events, video courses, paid social/search advertising, and sales/landing pages. I've built more landing pages in the past few years than I can even count. I've enjoyed that. As the online space becomes more crowded every day, I grow more and more passionate about the power of inbound marketing. The number one thing that makes me look forward to Monday mornings is being a part of an incredible team and culture. I love being surrounded by growth-minded people who are focused on solutions, own up to and learn from their mistakes, and have each other's backs. We win and lose together. I'm passionate about helping people reach their full potential and give life to their ideas.I have an extensive background in web development and previously spent nine years running my own business helping business clients grow by building easy-to-manage websites on top of the WordPress platform. While my specialty was front-end development and PHP, I also was the sole designer on 90% of those projects. I still don't consider myself a designer in any capacity, but I did spend a lot of time in Photoshop and Affinity Designer, and honestly, I loved partnering with my clients to launch immaculate, mobile-friendly websites.Other highlights include:- Contributing to several launches for Michael Hyatt's best-selling books- Overseeing our collection of 40+ brand websites- Transitioning the brand from Michael Hyatt & Company to Full Focus in 2022- Helping launch our Full Focus Planner Certification program in less than a month- Being promoted to Director in 2021My motto:Be confident and generous (not arrogant) about what you know.Be curious and hopeful (not insecure) about what you don’t know.
