CurrentReporting to the Postmaster General, I am responsible for driving strategic business planning, performance monitoring, and evaluation within the Department. My key responsibilities include:Aligning corporate functions, ensuring that all key corporate and support functions are directly linked to the Department’s objectives.Managing organizational performance: continuously monitoring and evaluating performance to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Preparing comprehensive reports, providing internal and external stakeholders with insights into our corporate performance.Integrating stakeholder expectations, incorporating the National Development Plan, Ministry directives, and partner agency requirements into our Strategic Business Plan.Facilitating performance enhancement: coordinating strategic planning sessions, evaluating performance targets, and recommending strategies for achieving our objectives.Ensuring compliance: adhering to the Government of Jamaica’s Performance Monitoring and Evaluation System (PMES) standards.
