Additionally, I collaborated with leaders throughout the company to increase organizational process quality and foster a strong team culture.

As senior product manager I own initiatives focused on scaling the growth of Adwerx business lines and core values through intuitively designed and powerful products.

The Mark43 mission is to empower communities and their governments with new technologies that improve the safety and quality of life for all.Product manager for Mark43's flagship SaaS product, the Mark43 Records Management System, which won the IXDA award for "Connecting" in 2017 after successfully launching the company's first client, the Washington DC Metropolitan Police Department. The RMS continues to scale globally, in cities of all sizes. As an early member of the Mark43 team, I helped grow the team from 6 to 100 employees, and from seed to Series B, adapting processes along the way to foster peak performance by all teams and employees.

My role on the Blackstone Innovations team was to own the end to end process of gathering business requirements, user experience design, development and rollout new functionality within our internal applications that increased transparency for investors in any Blackstone fund. The Blackstone investor portal, BX Access, increased internal efficiency by sunsetting legacy systems and streamlining business process, while also providing industry leading transparency to alternative asset investors.

Designed enhancements and new functionality for the S&P Capital IQ iPad app related to consumption of research documents, index data and commodity data.

Over the course of the summer internship, I designed a new product, as well as minor enhancements to S&P's financial research platform, formerly Capital IQ.

During my eight month, full time internship at PepsiCo, I took full ownership of a number of projects, getting exposure to the R&D lifecycle for new Pepsi products and packaging innovations, as well as various marketing teams at the company. - Managed the development and launch of an experimental 16 oz. Pepsi Max bottle design in the US based on the success of a similar design in U.K. markets. - Tested, analyzed and improved performance of Sobe Lifewater shipments, reducing costs by $1MM per year.- Designed and produced a catalog for a global R&D expo that was distributed worldwide.
