I am enjoying every aspect of my role as Sales Rep for Lincare: A Linde Company. Since my start in 2014 we have grown our business every year and we were recognized nationally for our performance in 2017; a first for my team. I have established and developed relationships with the hospitals in my territory that have made Lincare the sole source for DME for a majority of the medical facilities in my territory—ALF, Rehab, post-acute, hospital, and for out-patient Clinic-based orders as well. I look to improve the quality of life for patients that are in need of Oxygen, Respiratory Medications, PAP therapy, home INR monitoring, non-invasive ventilators, and other durable medical equipment (DME). My area of coverage is in Central VA and includes three hospitals and many GP, Pulmonary, and Cardiologic Care Facilities.I have spent a portion of my career in Tele-Sales in performance management and training/coaching roles combined with the knowledge of Newspaper Advertising Sales, Consumer Electronics, and Education trends. I developed skills in training, worker motivation, and staff development during my time both as a telesales lead, and as supervisor. In those positions over eleven years, I had telesales responsibilities and goals, was expected to train and mentor our telesales team, and was the admin for usage of the Vanillasoft CRM platform and developed training, scripting, reporting, and lead management for in-house and off-site Telesales Reps.I am involved in the Music Education field as an instrumental coach, and former MS/HS Band Director. I perform with several professional music ensembles.I am also an Officer of my Church. I serve as Clerk of Session for Providence Presbyterian of Gum Spring, VA.
