Let me expand a bit on each. Let's face it if the patient and their care team don't believe in what they're doing... they are not going to follow through. Patient’s want to get better. They and those who care for them want to know that each choice was better than the alternative. Getting better requires belief. I am devoted to the marketing of comprehensive healthcare. Complete or comprehensive healthcare combines an understanding of the treatment process, the will to follow through and the willingness to adjust course during the treatment process. Bridging comprehensive medical care and successful care teams is communications. Team communication is based first on the desire to understand then secondly to be understood. Successful care teams believe and have bought into the treatment process, communicate with one another and efficiently reconfigure themselves from one care team into a team of care teams. This team of teams approach is nothing new; however, when used, each team can build on the success of the previous team. The patients shortened recovery time reduces costs, reinforces belief in the process binds the team together, and this leads to the successful care team.
