- Developed the next-generation design rear suspension for the GM small car. Setup the design to adhere to specific performance, cost and mass criteria, and established the validation and manufacturing timelines.

- Lead the design and validation of the Chevy Cobalt and Chevy HHR rear suspensions, including the axle, springs, shocks, jounce bumper and bushings. - Adhering to an expedited timeline, created state-of-the-art components including a patented urethane jounce bumper, hydro-bushings capable of excessive axial loads, and the smallest monotube shock used in North America.

- Developed financial processes for estimating the development costs of fuel cells, an advanced form of vehicle propulsion that emits only water-vapor.

- Developed controls procedures and data analysis algorithms for advanced tire tests.- Audited test data from the tire suppliers to ensure proper correlation between their data and that of GM.- Designed mechanical hardware to optimized calibration and test repeatability.
