 Named the 2015 Global Employee of the Year for my position. Proactively work with clients to understand their current IT related business initiatives and align them to the appropriate Gartner research and expertise. Engage with C-Level executives and conduct client meetings over the phone.  Work directly with existing business customers to deepen the relationships, grow deposits, and increase business lending.  Actively call new business prospects, schedule face-to-face meetings to gain trust, and secure new banking relationships. Deal with personal clients to establish new loans, checking and savings accounts. Uncover additional opportunities for deposit growth and refer qualified prospects to proper line of business partners.  Personally responsible for over 3MM in deposit growth during my time at Chase. Finished 2009 as the #2 banker for overall production in the Portland, OR Metro area. Finished #5 in overall production for Portland Metro in 2010.
