Management of UX functions for Vistaprint's Digital Marketing product line. Defined and executed UX strategy, Lead UI and interaction design, prototype development and user research. Early adopter of rapid prototyping for usability studies (Axure RP) and Lean UX practices.

Promoted from a developer role to managed the continuous improvement process for customer facing online services. Worked closely with Agency.com on a major site redesign. Managed the multivariate testing efforts to optimize site conversion, and introduced usability testing to the organization.

Along with front end development for the Smartbargains.com website, I was responsible for the production, coding and graphic administration for the "Bargain Alert" HTML email newsletter, a primary revenue driver for the company.

Wrote front end code (HTML, JavaScript, ASP) for various Lycos online properties including the lycos.com and my.lycos.com (personalized) homepage, The Lycos 50, and various content verticals.

I was the first employee of Miller Systems and did a little bit of everything, including development, design, content development and client management.

Assisted customers prepare files for high resolution and 4 color offset printing. Consulted on graphical design issues and assisted customers with Mac design programs and self service linographic and color laser printing.
