I started programming at 8 years old and immediately fell in love with the craft. Learning new skills and solving problems brought me so much joy then and continues to this day. After 20 years of programming, I’ve narrowed my focus to web-based applications with a heavy emphasis on User Experience (UX) and Agile software development practices. My goal is to help businesses develop applications that are easy to use, despite the underlying complexity. This is done by researching and delivering software that provides the most value possible to the end users.Recently I’ve taken an interest in how software can be used to measure and improve human performance, merging my rowing interest with my programming and data visualization background.
