And I am totally glad about it.When you spend over 18 years of international experience working in the sports, media and entertainment industry in several roles, you can safely say you are #resilient and adaptable enough to avoid stereotypes. I started my career telling stories on the radio and now I lead #business, #marketing and tech initiatives within international organizations. In between, from strategy and branding to project management or business development, I have partnered with some of the best-known brands and athletes around the world, creating key alliances and improving overall performance of the organizations. Let's follow with a confession: I do not have all the answers. And I am also certainly at peace with it.Out of #curiosity (and a bit of perseverance), I have learnt how to turn challenges into skills. Working in soccer organizations, you get fast at the most important objective: #prioritize the goal. So, when I co-founded a company or when leading the international expansion of a start-up, I apply analytical and creative thinking, always leading to positive business outcomes. From the management of projects in Europe and the Americas, I got the ability to lead cross-functional teams across geographies. Partnering with athletes, I acquired the talent management and excellence in service that a company needs to provide to clients. Of course, from the Media background as editor in chief, I learnt the leverage in marketing criteria to build reliable storytellings that create trustworthy, credible brands that resonate with customers and partners.This is the honest story, so far. Although I wrote a book at some point of my life (that anecdote for a chat over a cup of coffee), it is difficult to say what the next chapter is going to be about.
