Standardizations and processes were therefore put in place to avoid mistakes. The solution generated a very positive general view on the part of the GM and a sense of control over deadlines and schedules on the part of the team.This alignment brought freedom of control over the available resources and the opportunity to bring in more special projects and valuable business for the client that had not previously been possible or measured.

    Client: General MotorsProud Projects:: Digital Retail Platform - Chevrolet Brasil, Chile and ColombiaBased on a client's need to bring more sales to Chevrolet's websites in Latin America, we came up with a solution with CX, UX, UI, Data Analytics and SEO fronts so that the user experience on the platform would be geared towards practical content that wouldn't prolong the journey to booking a vehicle through our website.As a result, we had an impressive result of 25% of Chevrolet Brazil's total sales being directly or indirectly linked to the website and the retail journey created. In addition, we constantly customized the content so that the site was always a mix between content and retail, without harming the different archetypes of users who frequent the site.:: EV Universe - Chevrolet BrasilTo communicate its new electric vehicle, the Chevrolet Bolt, we had a strategy of creating an educational platform for users to learn more about the universe of electric cars, which are still in the process of being demystified by the Brazilian market. Our goal, therefore, was to create an intermediary page in the electric car journey in which we had engagement resources aimed at learning more about electric cars and their main advantages over combustion cars, such as medium-term savings, durability and autonomy. The end result was one of the most praised pages within Chevrolet for its innovative design and user functionality, generating great value for the brand.

    Clients: SulAmérica, Nissin, Ajinomoto, Japan House and Hisamitsu.Proud projects:: SulAmérica Saúde Integral CampaignExecutive responsible for organizing and coordinating the agency's areas for the creation of an institutional campaign for the repositioning of the SulAmérica brand to communicate the "Integral Health" concept. 360º campaign using actor Rodrigo Santoro, with a good PR effect and popular adherence to the concept introduced by the company.-:: Japan House SP Daruma ActivationWith the aim of spreading a Japanese custom, we created a campaign for Japan House São Paulo featuring several Darumas around São Paulo. Very popular in Japan, the Daruma doll is known as a lucky charm for making wishes come true. In an itinerary with six different addresses in the city, we produced a black and white, two-meter-high Daruma with a local artist. It hit the streets with a hybrid interaction proposal that combines face-to-face and digital interaction and proposed spreading positivity and good luck throughout the city. To take part, the public took a photo of the giant good luck charm using an Instagram filter that allowed them to paint Daruma's right eye to make a wish, as well as being able to customize the design of the talisman using other colors and designs.The campaign was a success on social media using the hashtag #DarumaJHSP, generating valuable PR for Japan House, which even led to a report on a local TV news program.

:: Executive responsible for the brand's 2019 Christmas campaign. The project consisted of creating a prototype of an accessible camera for the blind, which could read all the functions present in a camera and help blind photographers to take photos in manual mode. It was a project with different fronts: technology and back-end programming, audiovisual production, spontaneous media and public relations. I created a schedule, led status meetings and supported decisions between the Media and Creative team. The project was a success that generated the most viewed video on the brand's YouTube channel, with positive comments, and spontaneous media in the most popular sports program in Brazil.
