After attending the University of Guelph for a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, I decided I wanted to pursue a career in web development. I've taken courses in HTML, CSS and JavaScript, and am always continuing my education (I am currently studying React and PostgreSQL/SQL)! I work through my business, Origon Web Solutions, and have helped various businesses in Kitchener-Waterloo with web development, video content creation, and email marketing. While I have greatly enjoyed being self-employed this year, I feel the best next step in my career would be to work as a part of a development team to further my skillset. I am currently looking for a front end developer position in Kitchener-Waterloo, and am particularly interested in working with start-ups!
