Horizon Environmental provides Emergency Response, Trucking and Transportation Services, Industrial Cleaning and Environmental Remediation and Consulting. Horizon has response offices located in Houston and Victoria, Texas. Our fleet of vacuum trucks and waste haulers (both single rail and double rail) are available for hire, twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week and are operated by fully licensed CDL drivers. Horizon provides response personnel, trained in 40 hour hazwoper, as well as confined space trained for the smallest or largest of environmental emergencies. On a daily basis our crews participate in industrial tank cleaning, pressure washing, as well environmental remediation projects that are time sensitive and demand safety as top priority.

Acquired First Response with other investors; responsible for managing Demolition, asbestos & mold abatement, Emergency Response, Industrial Cleaning and Trucking/Transportation Services. Oversee offices throughout the state of TN with intentions of organic growth and strategic acquisitions. Sold interest in August of 2012.

Assist in the initial acquisition search phase for environmental/industrial space organizations that are under managed or underperforming; development of business plan for targeted organizations; assist with the evaluation of P&L status of potential acquisitions; assist in due diligence upon the issuance of letter of intent.

Managed five separate companies under the ES&H brand name and one subsidiary owned by the corporation. Initiated and guided the expansion of organization into Texas for day-to-day operations. Developed diversification model and plan that has increased revenue to greater than $48 million for four consecutive years. Spearheaded licensing and permitting of operations outside of the state for all trucking and transportation services. Directed the branding and imaging campaign for the new organizational look.
