Horizon has response offices located in Houston and Victoria, Texas. Our fleet of vacuum trucks and waste haulers (both single rail and double rail) are available for hire, twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week and are operated by fully licensed CDL drivers. Horizon provides response personnel, trained in 40 hour hazwoper, as well as confined space trained for the smallest or largest of environmental emergencies. On a daily basis our crews participate in industrial tank cleaning, pressure washing, as well environmental remediation projects that are time sensitive and demand safety as top priority. -
