Manufacturing Engineering Intern at the Common Rail Injector (CRIN/CRI - Bosch Diesel System) product;- Responsible to control the process and machine capabilities, with the data, me and my colleagues were able to apply a high number of PDCA's cicles to make it the hole process more stabilized with tools changing and operations standardization;- Responsible for the Tool Cost Management of both assembly and machining line, we were always trying to buy only what we needed so we could keep the stocks at low levels, with this objective, me and my colleagues applied the kanban principle in the tool management, making everybody's work and material management easier;- Responsible to create and review the Value Stream Mapping (VSM and VSD) for the hole CRIN process, helping my leaders and colleagues to analise our process more clearly and to find improvement possibilities. With this activity, I was able to learn a lot from Lean Experts the true north and principles of a Lean Production Line (here we call Bosch Production System (BPS), and is based from the Toyota Production System (TPS))!- Since I was working on a relative new type of product for Diesel Systems, I was able to work directly with new CRIN/CRI products releases, with this, I had the opportunity to learn from experts with 30+ years of experience! With them, I had my first contact with Risk Analysis and Management, Project Management, Failure Mode and Effects Analisys (FMEA) and Quality Control Plans;
