Leader of the Human Capital Management Consulting Practice in Latin America, responsible for the project implementations for all Oracle HCM product stack and a team of more than 50 consultants.

The mission of the new Cloud Consulting group at Oracle is to help customers to extract the most value from its applications, more specifically the ones commercialized in Sofware as a Service (SaaS) model. My role at this position is to support sales teams when selling new projects and lead the consultants working on all the Oracle Cloud projects including Taleo, Fusion, RightNow and Social Applications.

Act in customers in different industries to help them realize business value from its IT investments in Oracle CRM and HCM products.

Technical and Integration Leader responsible for the design, construction, integration, tests and deployment of the Siebel Automotive application for the call centers and sales areas in 5 Latin America countries and South Africa in order to streamline process and tools across the customer’s regions. Also developed the infrastructure and database capacity plannings and conducted the final trainings with users in Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Venezuela and South Africa. After less than 2 years of project processes and tools were streamlined across 7 countries, reducing significantly the customer’s costs with IT.

Responsible for the development and maintenance of Siebel interfaces with SAP, Peoplesoft and Microsiga using EIM, Workflows and PL/SQL, enhancements in Siebel Handheld 7.5, Siebel Consumer Goods 6 and 7.5, Siebel Sales 7.5, and performance tuning in interfaces and application navigation. In less than one year has contributed significantly with the stability of the applications.
