Whenever guests had issues during their cruise, I was responsible for solving them, by contacting the personnel specialized in the areas the guests had problems with, and following up the resolution of these issues, up to the point guests were completely satisfied with the solutions.

Having collected this information, it was my job to put it all together in an attractive, sensible, and timely fashion.
