-Collaborate with Program Administration, Market Analytics, and Usage & Technology Analytics functions to develop customer solutions, proposals and scopes of work, including developing schedules, cost estimates, pricing and deliverables.-Develop and implement processes to quickly vet customer requirements against internal capabilities and delivering subsequent responses, including attending customer calls, writing proposals, and providing sales enablement materials.-Work closely with AEP Energy Sales and Shared Services Business Units to work prospects through contract execution and services commencement date-Develop turnkey energy solution that provide customer value.-Develop and implement processes for working with the Program Administration, Market Analytics and Usage & Technology Analytics functions to ensure flawless delivery of solutions, including program management for multiyear engagements.-Develop and deliver campaigns to sales, including associated research, campaign potential and materials, and follow-through on measuring success through KPIs.-Develop and maintain repositories of customer-facing content such as newsletters, whitepapers, blogs, proposals, scopes of works, Master Service Agreements, NDAs, requests for proposals, and other marketing and sales materials.-Develop and implement analytical tools and reports to visualize and communicate program success based on adoption and profitability.
