I never thought I would be doing what I am doing now...Years ago we started outsourcing for our own marketing business, and 9 years ago we were approached by one of our marketing clients to find them an offshore team member. After refusing time and time again, I finally gave in and found the right person in the Philippines.That continued to organically grow until we formed Affordable Staff in April 2013.We have since set up a physical office in the Philippines (about 7 years ago), and the business has continued to grow and flourish (touch wood). We now work with clients across New Zealand & Australia with plans to expand into other countries.I used to work with clients face to face but have stepped into the CEO role where I focus more on strategic growth and day-to-day management of the business.When clients approach us, they are looking for full-time staff that work from our office space.
