At Bank of the West, I worked closely with cybersecurity analysts and various other teams in the Information Technology and Technology Security groups to write and otherwise prepare content for publication through editing and applying approved templates to ensure compliance. I brought order, clarity, and consistency to content, which included creating publishable documents from content that resided on Confluence pages. I created content for procedures and FAQs for the Bank's Return to Office effort, which guided employees in their return to the workplace after working remotely during the COVID-19 period of shut-down.

At ACI, I coordinated and maintained the documentation set for the Money Transfer System, one of the company's flagship banking software products, across three active product versions before I moved to the UP Immediate Payments product where I worked with developers and product owners to create the six documents that made up the core set. For those products, I developed and designed release notes documents, configuration, product, and installation guides, and online and embedded help. As part of the Information Development team, I helped develop company publication standards and improved the customer experience through documentation.

Greater Boston Area

Working closely with developers, I coordinated, wrote, and delivered documentation and on-line help. I used MS Word and, for online help, help authoring tools Doc-To-Help and ForeHelp. I was part of the effort to document for the first time the mainframe system that was a leader in the mutual fund industry. I developed and wrote manuals for different company applications for both external customers and internal staff. (The company went through several ownership changes and name changes during my tenure.)
