Product Owner and Architect for Industry signals, trends and solution knowledge platform (digitalexplorer.dxc.com) – designs and leads the development and introduction of a graph database solution, following Agile methods; to track and measure the relevance of industry trends and how they influence digital disruption. The knowledge platform connects industry trends, client demand, patterns and solutions into a single intelligent resource. The knowledge is applied through a client roadmap module, where machine learning is applied to assist users of the platform and is used daily by all the DXC account leadership teams. Lead strategic architect for a global program for Hewlett Packard Enterprise Services to create new digital transformation capability. Defined and developing 10 capabilities to enable Digital Transformation for enterprise customers through agile methods and providing the overall product owner/architect role.Composable Solutions - Following a full model based approach, I combined business, application and technical viewpoints into a dynamic canvas, where users can compose new solutions and generate model to enable the creation, deployment and maintenance of business and IT solutions based on legacy and cloud provided services. Allowing Solution Architects to create delivery ready client proposals within minutes.Rapid Prototyping - following a Design Thinking and Agile method, I outlined a repeatable capability for HPE's account teams to realize their customers’ innovation through a short and rapid engagement through design, prototype, pilot and production releases. Achievements: • Lead architect for Service Management for Alcatel Lucent outsourcing deal.• Lead architect for new Business Service Management service (based on HP Software BAC)• Lead architect for new Demand Management solution (based on HP Software PPMC)• Developed and delivered global training on HP Standard Reference Architecture to all global sales teams following EDS acquisitions• Recognized as the global expert on the overall standard reference architecture and in particular new technology offerings for business service and configuration management solutions.
