On a day to day basis, I managed a team of 12 frontline staff through the entire disposition process while engaging regularly with executive level stakeholders at client companies, providing updates on portfolio status and sales as well as strategic recommendations to streamline sale and liquidation. By the time I left the position, I had liquidated approximately 600 properties and brought in over $200M in revenue for my clients.

Some of the key challenges I faced here involved balancing client interests with ethical practices and state/federal laws.By the time I left this position, I had successfully liquidated over $100M in assets for my clients with zero compliance-related issues.
