Taught instructors and crews Helo/C-130 low level tactics effectiveness against small arms, crew serve weapons, man portable surface to air missiles, and organized & disorganized integrated air defense systems. As a Combat Aircrew Training instructor, taught enemy/terrorist capability to employ these weapon systems against low flying aircraft. Established working relationships with plans and programs shops throughout the intelligence community (DIA, NSA, CIA, and DOD major commands) in order to keep student training current on all new developments. Received an outstanding on higher headquarters inspection in 2000. Deployed to Romania to teach the Romanian Air Force combat rescue crews how the US and NATO plan and execute combat search and rescue

Fairchild Afb, Spokane, Washington

Supervised and led 58 people that taught resistance techniques and conduct while a prisoner of war to over 3,000 students a year. Directed a $1.5 million 24/7 operation with 28 buildings on 40 acres in northeast Washington. Earned an outstanding rating on the 1998 Air Force headquarters evaluation. Deployed to Saudi Arabia to command the JTF-SWA Air Defense Intelligence Cell Conducted an exhaustive low altitude threat study for the Joint Special Operations Task Force SWA. Identified enemy tactics and capability against low flying aircraft and validated friendly planning, tactics, and procedures to overcome this threat.
