David Alvarez has over 25 years of experience in the gaming and hospitality industry (Tribal Casino Resort environment). David’s career has spanned in different areas of the Casino Del Sol operations, food and beverage, tribal development and onboarding. As executive management in the food and beverage operations, David was involved in large-scale development projects and improving sales and the bottom line for the entire F&B operation, year over year. David was instrumental in creating tribal advancement program for the food and beverage department, which increased tribal leadership in the department by 65%. In addition to his work responsibilities, David has established himself as a unique resource to Lorenzo Hospitality Group. David is an effective highly motivated strategic business thinker, innovative, passionate, and takes on a participatory-value based leadership approach.Throughout his career has had the unique opportunity to be trained and mentored by many renowned industry leaders: Victor Gonzalez, Mark Birtha, Jesus Lorenzo, Ward Betteridge, Roy Corby, and David Green.
