Lastly it requires having metrics defined up front and in place to measure business and technical outcomes. These are the skills that I bring to my work.Over the last 4 years, I have interviewed over 500 candidates for various roles across Amazon and helped to facilitate talent assessment once all the data is collected. Mentored numerous Amazonians on interview and facilitation techniques for hiring decision making.Part of a team that earned a U.S. patent for a new methodology of integrating translations into applications in order to improve localization outcomes.My resume at Amazon includes leading and launching EastDane.com, migrating a subsidiary technology stack from an external ISP into the Amazon eco-system, security implementation across the fulfillment network that involved software and network changes, small stack rollout for smaller installations such as AMZL, Campus, Prime Now, etc, migration of two teams off of Oracle to other data stores, rolling out regional advertising onto the Amazon platform for the first time, and other large projects.
