Designed, developed, and delivered classroom training, eLearning, blended learning, and organizational effectiveness programs to support the organizations’ strategic priorities, and leadership behaviors. Areas of focus included leadership development, effective communication, negotiation, conflict management, performance management, organizational compliance, and workplace effectiveness. Implemented the organization’s eLearning strategy and approach. Increased eLearning adoption from 787 eLearning hours in 2014, to 3,150 eLearning hours in 2017. Developed the organization’s Workday implementation learning and change management strategy, to include: change plan, communication plan, training material, quick reference guides, and task specific simulations. Delivered multiple individual contributor and manager training sessions for Germany, China, and the U.S. Business Process Owner and subject matter expert for the SAP Learning Management System (LMS). Managed the system upgrade, trained the distributed OD team, and developed end-user eLearning modules and documentation support.
