Selected accomplishments include:•Collected and documented business requirements, participated in functional design, testing, training and operational deployment of ServiceNow IT Service Management platform for Cloud Services portfolio which consolidated Cloud Services support onto one integrated platform. •Led cross functional team which developed requirements, tested, and deployed Cisco based Cloud Collaboration services targeted at small / medium business market, identifying gaps in vendor integration and working with vendors and support team to resolve. •Steered cross functional team, which developed and deployed upgrades and feature enhancements for TELUS’ Cisco based Cloud Collaboration Enterprise product, utilizing Agile methodology. •Headed team of business analysts working cross functionally to deploy Cloud Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) solutions, evaluating ancillary projects against deliverables, determining impacts, and communicating cross dependencies to project teams and stakeholders.

Ensured new bundled market offer and its underlying products were correctly modeled and consistent across order types to ensure full life-cycle support. Selected accomplishments include:•Led team of 6 product managers and business analysts which defined business requirements, validated functional specifications, and wrote and executed test cases to validate ability to order and provide new bundled offer for new and existing customers.•Participated in strategic planning sessions with IT, vendors, and business stakeholders throughout program lifecycle which spanned several phases, including strategic discussions to re-vector project solution to Cloud-based solution utilizing Salesforce.com.

Selected accomplishments include:•Streamlined product selection in business sales funnel through designing and implementing a new Product Catalog. Outcome was replacing a 7-layer product catalog with thousands of codes with a 3-layer catalog with several hundred codes which dramatically increased sales funnel entry efficiency and report accuracy. •Defined business requirements and assessed operational and system impacts of intermodal (wireline to wireless) porting associated with introducing Wireless Number Portability. Participated in testing and business readiness, which led to successful launch.

Provided business analysis and project management expertise to develop and deploy an outsourced billing and customer care solution utilizing BANNER CIS for a water utility of 35K customers. Selected accomplishments include:•Collected requirements and wrote RFP for complete re-design of letter and bill generation processes, participating in evaluating, selecting, and contracting for formatting software and print house vendor.•Project managed development and testing of document formatting and print house vendors’ deliverables. Managed issue logs, ensuring required fixes were delivered and tested.
