About David A. Herrera

The son of US diplomat, David grew up in Spain, Mexico, Chile, Washington D.C. and his native Southern California. Prior to joining CAM Property Services, his career path included stints as a limousine company owner and microsystems coordinator for Ernst & Young in Madrid. David joined CAM in 1991 and worked his way up to president in 2003. Subsequently, innovation led to the expansion of the company's service lines and the formation of Omnia Pacific Construction, CAM’s construction company, and opening new market territories across Central and Southern California. As CEO, David’s growth strategy is to provide asset class-specific solutions to commercial real estate clients and scale CAM across the western states.David is an active member of YPO (Young Presidents' Organization) and past chapter chairman of the California Route 66 Chapter; board member of The Warburton Celebrity Golf Tournament benefiting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital; past Chairman of the Board of Harmony Project, Los Angeles; and past president of ACRE SoCal. David holds a B.A. degree from UCLA, where he was a member of Beta Theta Pi fraternity, and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
