Plant and civil drafting and raster tool were my major duties, Drafting survey's, and engineering projects.

Incorporate data from topographical surveys, boundary, and lot surveys and geophysical reports to prepare their drawings. Ensured accurate calculations for excavation and earth-moving operations were completed in a timely manner. Duties also included checking, red lining major projects, and fine tuning the final project.

Responsible for implementing all residential construction projects in Florida and Mississippi. Implemented and set-up all budgets, schedules, and building of all projects. Hired all subcontractors and was responsible for bidding on projects. Trained and supervised new superintendents and all job forepersons. Increased product for 3000 square foot homes to 28 days from start to completion with the highest quality and craftsmanship.Arranged for building permits, plan reviews and approvals with all city and government officials.Skilled in handling and dealing with all problems that come up in major projects and can handle pressure and stressful situation with easy making the project run smooth and efficiently. All projects completed early, and under budget.

Responsibilities included managing all town repairs and prepared schedules for city employees. Also responsible for rebuilding the city’s water plant, waste water systems delivery and laboratory which included taking security measures to protect each facility and the adherence to state codes and DEQ regulations.Achieved DEQ Compliance within four months of being hired.Attained a $500k grant for a floating intake in the lake to upgrade production and quality of the water system and a $250k grant for a new water tower and upgrade of out-dated water lines.Adhered to the City budget for all departments.Also served as a reserve police officer.

Responsibilities included maintaining State codes and DEQ regulations with regards to city water wells and waste water systems. Scheduled all employees and maintained all roads, parks and the city’s cemetery. Attained a $250k grant for renovating the city’s water tower and updating all control devices.Achieved re-organization within the city’s water department to make it more efficient as well as updated the city’s computer systems.Served as a volunteer Fire Fighter

Directly responsible for complete remodels for Don Allen properties and other projects. Also responsible for bidding on projects, payroll, budget preparation and overall logistics of company.Remodels included using carpentry, sheet rock, and cornice skills. Assessed property damage and completed estimation of project costs and repairs.Successfully owned and operated company.
