The East Mesa Group is a limited liability corporation located in the greater Phoenix Arizona metro area. Our focus is education and in-service training to law enforcement agencies and corporations. We provide the most current and up to date curriculum. Here at The East Mesa Group, our instruction is provided by consultants with both extensive practical and academic experience, "The Pracademic". This is accomplished through the presentation of education courses, based on the interests of these entities which will be developed and enhanced.David Levine has over 30 years of combined law enforcement and academic experience. Teaching both undergraduate and graduate-level courses in criminal justice. His research interests are Workplace Violence , Multiculturalism in Law Enforcement , Hate Crimes and Bias Incidents. David has 23 years of Law Enforcement experience in New York City and Westchester County. Served in the capacities of patrol, Juvenile, Arson and General Investigations. Retired in 2004 with the rank of Senior Detective 1st grade.
