Provides shipping, procurement, and logistical support for the Wide Area Network Infrastructure Systems Enterprise (WISE) contract, supporting US DoD global operations.• Inventory Control o Identifies, ships, and tracks all SRC housed equipment and material requirements o Screens projected deployment schedules and Bill of Materials (BOMs) for possible material shortages. o Collaborates with SRC Procurement Lead to ensure proper material quantities are acquired to meet forecasted deployment schedules. In the case of a shortage, provides pertinent and immediate solutions/substitutions for the current contract need. o Assists in monitoring and receiving incoming contract material, uploads items into multiple inventory tracking systems, and transports to storage locations o Ensuring inventory accuracy by updating receiving and shipping information for all new and returned equipment in both CMPRO and customer-provided database• Defense Reutilization and Marketing Office (DRMO) o Receives returned equipment from Government sites and processes them for proper destruction via DoD regulations o Generates DD1150s for contract sites, as needed, to facilitate on-site destruction• Shipping Support o Partners with SRC Shipping Lead to transition equipment from integration area to shipping location, confirm order fulfillment, prep and secure items for transport, update inventory, create shipment requests in CMPro, communicate tracking information, and confirm delivery to end contract sites. o Troubleshoots any transportation issues with government logistics (delayed pickup/delivery, lost freight, delivery shortages, etc.)
