I am a Principal Research and Development Scientist in the Water Technology & Solutions industry with 15 years of experience in the field of Reverse Osmosis, Nanofiltration, Ultrafiltration, and Microfiltration Membrane development, as well as Spiral wound element design, and Depth & Pleated cartridge filter development.My current focus at Donaldson is new Membrane Discovery. At Suez, I was a leader of a global team of 5 engineers, technicians and co-ops for the last 5 years, I directed the development of 7 newly launched global products. This required directing the work of cross functional teams (product management, marketing, manufacturing, safety, legal, compliance) to ensure new product success. I was also responsible for driving innovation of breakthrough core technologies. I scouted 3 external ideas and advanced 1 to internal development.
