Over the last 9 years I have led 105 semester long courses for all levels of educational leaders. I have mentorship expertise that I have leveraged to utilize student and faculty performance metrics to develop continuous improvement plans for the institution. I have excellent leadership skills demonstrated by performing needs assessments and structuring policies to maximize productivity.
