Dave lead all technology for iWin, including all Engineering, Ops and IT functions and reported directly to the President/CEO. With more than 10 million MAU (monthly active subscribers).iWin developed our own Social and Mobile games in the cloud, and a Consumer Portal for our game network of 10 million monthly active users. Products Led:+ iWin.com Consumer Game Portal: At 10 million monthly active users (MAU) was the second most trafficked game portal. Includes trial download, DRM, coupons, monthly subscriptions and volume purchase plans.+ Browser Games on Facebook: Designing, developing and hosting 6-8 concurrent social games, including cloud hosting. Most notably Family Feud which itself peaked at over 1.9 million daily active users (DAU).+ iOS and Android Mobile Games: Manage internal and development of numerous native mobile games.Responsibilities:+ Manage all technical functions: Development, Architecture, QA, Operations, IT leading a team of 100+ in San Francisco, Kiev Ukraine and St Petersburg Russia.

Tapjoy (formerly Offerpal Media) was a targeted marketing and monetization platform for Social and Mobile games. Tapjoy had 225 million customers across 2k game publishers with peaks to 150MM customers and 50MM UVs daily. Dave reported to the CTO and was responsible for all Engineering (all development, architecture and quality at the company).Products Led:+ Alternative Payment Platform: Consumer-Web based alternative payment platform for monetization of any social applications with a virtual economy. Up to 150 million unique users daily.+ Direct Payments: Enables cash payments for virtual economy goods in the social space. Generates nearly 30k user clicks and $200 million daily across 190 countries+ GamePoints.com: Consumer portal site that rewards more than 500k members with virtual currency.Responsibilities:+ Managed all Development and QA teams+ Launched offshore development center in Bangalore India

Glassbox was a startup built around an open source monitoring and performance tuning toolkit, plus management consulting under New Aspects of Software. Dave reported to the CEO and lead all technical functions, including Dev, Quality, Ops and IT.Products Led / Responsibilities:+ Launched Glassbox Troubleshooter toolkit for diagnosing performance, scalability and functional failures+ Open-source community leader and manager for contributors.+ Partnerships with other Open-Source companies such as Atlassian, Spring and Apache.+ Lead all technical functions, including development, quality assurance, operations and IT.

Oracle CRM division grew from 30 people to roughly 3,000 during his tenure, and Dave built his team from 1 to 55 engineers, created the Platform and launched a new suite of Call Center SaaS products for Oracle CRM.
