Security Adjudicator embedded with FBI’s Security Division. Conduct polygraph resolution, Post-Adjudication Risk Management (PARM) and Financial Disclosure Programs (FDP) cases. Conduct enhanced security investigations and adjudications on FBI employees, contractors, task force officers in a time-sensitive environment that needed to hold a security clearance to determine insider threat component and access to classified information.

➤ Served as the Assistant Director for Terrorism and Violent Crimes Division (TVCD), United States National Central Bureau (USNCB) for the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL). Oversaw the reorganization/transition process of the Counterterrorism Criminal Division and the Violent Crimes Division in 2011. ➤ Directed Counterterrorism (CT) and Violent Crimes (VC) programs and activities of INTERPOL Washington including but not limited to: Facilitation of national and international law enforcement cooperation; served as USNCB designee in ➤ INTERPOL working groups on CT and VC related matters safeguarding major concerns and interests of U.S. law enforcement. ➤ Developed plans and coordinated all CT and VC activities and Washington INTERPOL programs. ➤ Oversaw INTERPOL Washington’s internal investigations based on Federal, state, local and international requests, complaints or allegations of violations of the law.➤ Supervised personnel assigned to TVCD including all federal, state and local Law Enforcement detailees, supervisors, analysts, program manager and contractors. . ➤Directed international security initiative for the creation and implementation of a Somalia Piracy database for INTERPOL, developed protocols for production and dissemination of intelligence products and established the framework for the database to be deployed internationally. Created an analytical component and expanded analytical tools and training ➤The Interpol piracy database was recognized and endorsed by the United Nations in Resolution 2020 and the 80th Interpol General Assembly in November 2011. ➤ Developed and implemented piracy facial recognition database and facilitated the placement of more than 700 photographs and biographical data into the database.

PROGRAM OVERSIGHT: Performed responsibilities in support of JSOC including but not limited to: ➤ Advised senior leadership regarding counterterrorism matters related to partnership with JSOC. ➤ Maintained expert knowledge of international terrorism threat issues, established and maintained direct liaison with senior Department of Defense officials throughout the JSOC and FBI, Interagency (IA), and Combatant Commands. ➤ Identified issues that required changes to policy, process, and structure that required Senior level resolution at the FBI, IA, and Intelligence Community level; ➤ Led the activities of IA meetings, problem solving, and evaluation efforts in support to the JSOC and FBI mission and deployment with and for the JSOC Commanding Officer as needed. ➤ Provided an interface between the JSOC and FBIHQ, the FBI Legats, and the 56 FBI CONUS field offices. ➤ Facilitated all pertinent intelligence relative to terrorist activities from the JSOC to FBI Counterterrorism Units for appropriate coordination and action. ➤ Briefed key FBI senior officials on JSOC initiatives, actions and coordination issues.
