Being a workaholic is overrated; I prefer to be 𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭.My life has been plagued by the term 'busy work' as I was taught to fill time with purposeless tasks that fill in the hours to show you are doing…something. Tasks born to fill up the 9-5 have become a staple of the classic workplace. Forms, evaluations, meetings, and other time-fillers can quickly overshadow your actual job. The lessons I have learned through college and my career in the military have developed me to become an extremely efficient leader.The stone age didn’t end because we ran out of stones; we transitioned to 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬. My passion is to find these solutions, making our day more productive and fulfilling. I am a veteran of ten years and throughout my career, I have been able to observe and participate in large-scale exercises and missions to truly understand what works to be successful. I have seen good and bad leaders. I have learned a lot from trial and error as I led large teams in day-to-day operations. The biggest takeaway that defines a successful mission vs. an unsuccessful one, outside of great unit cohesion and a unified goal, is efficiency. I want to bring efficiency to your program, to think outside the box, and help put down your stone tools.I am taking a journey through 𝐁𝐢𝐠 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚, 𝐀𝐈/𝐌𝐋, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐬 to help make sense of the patterns we see in everyday life. If we can understand the patterns, then we can continue our growth and make things better for everyone. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over but expecting different results.
