I work for the orthopedics section of CHI Connolly hospital Blancherstown. My duties would be setting up clinics for patients. This would involve ensuring that all relevant medical staff are available, I would liase with our central records at another hospital location to insure patient records are available for any clinic. My work would involve scanning in of medical records and scanning them back to central records location, records must always be able to be located. I would liase with relevant staff to smooth over any amin issues that may arise at an appointed clinic. I communicated with patient parents, set up appointments.

• Responsible for working with vast caseload of clients, managing the customer journey back into employment and supporting individuals to secure and retain sustainable work.• Assessing individual client needs and working with them to create a personal progression plans incorporating relevant actions and interventions.• Meeting with clients regularly to review their progress, planning additional actions, referring them to 3rd party provision and working with them on a range of areas including job applications and interview techniques.• Collaborating with the clients throughout their time on JobPath by phone or on-line and whilst they are in employment, continually motivating and supporting them.• Operating as part of a Centre team.• Undertaking interventions on a one to one basis.• Running sessions for groups of clients covering a wide range of subjects from CV workshops, on-line job searching to confidence and motivation, as well as working with local employers acting as an intermediary for my clients.• Delivering an exceptional level of customer service always, ensuring that targets, KPI’s, processes, procedure, quality benchmarks and compliance standards are met.

- Patrol store watching for shoplifters - Provide safe and secure invoirment, detaining offenders when needed- Liaise with staff, management and police were necessary- Make reports for records or possible court action- C.C.T.V operations, relaying information to my team- Inspect and adjust security systems and equipment
